I Want To Lose Weight
I don't know if you still do New Year's Eve
resolutions. Mine will Be "I want to lose weight". Numerous folk give them up as they grow older.
They get fatigued of the perpetual cycle of falling short, so they decide not to even try. This year, nevertheless, I am going for it.
I want to lose wieght, and have wanted to for more than a few year now. I am far
from my ideal body wieght – my doctor told me that I was at least 50 pounds over weight. Although I don't know how to lose weight, I guess that it involves diet and pills. If that is all that is
necessary, hook me up!
I realize weight loss is not impossible. Absorb the information in this article
and get some practical
steps you can take to execute
your goals.
Eventhough I want
to lose wieght, I haven't generally felt
this way. For a long
time, I was in complete rejection about how far I was over my ideal body wieght. I
told myself that I was just big boned, and said that I had a supple and
acceptable body – all of the usual lies that people tell themselves when
they're afraid to see how fat they are.(opps I said fat) Now, however, I am sick of it all. I want
to lose weight, and I want to
lose weight fast. I want to
be slim, elegant, and resistless. I want people
to view me on the side walk not because of the rolls of
fat hanging from my waist, but because of the alluring way
my ribs are poking through my skin.

Editor's note.
You shouldn't set your sights
too high (... like
losing 30 pounds in a month. Those
signs advertising weight loss pills are not
true!).
Smaller goals (e.g. 5 pounds; 10 percent of your current
weight) are far more obtainable and easier to stayfocused on.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far, I have gathered up a lot of
weight loss plans.
Several of them look good, but some are obviously
better than others. When I told my mother that I want to lose weight she suggested
taking something with ephedra in it. Apparently, ephedra weight loss
was the best known kind.
Unfortunately, however, it has
recently been banned by the government. I want to lose wieght, but I guess I waited a
little bit too long
to jump on that bandwagon. And from what I have heard may be it was for the
best.
Although I want to lose wieght – and want it tremendously – I'm pretty steadfast
about doing it the right
way. I only want to
lose weight naturally. I
don't mind taking pills, but they must contain natural herbs or
else I'm not going to
take them. I have heard all kinds of late-night talk shows about the hazards of man-made chemicals. Although not all doctors agree – and mine actually laughed at me when I brought it up – it still seems like a risk not worth taking. I want to lose
weight to be healthy, not
to get sick from chemicals!
While weight loss
can be achieved in may different ways. The basic principles are the same. Find
what works for you and stick
with it.
